I Like Crust!
So much that it was the only part of the pizza I used to eat. Until I was an age that is too embarrassing to put on the internet, I would scrape the toppings off my pizza. Cheese… all of it. Fortunately, for my tastebuds (and social life) I grew up. But the love for the good crust has never changed.
I like round pies with little-to-no flop, that are baked to a nice brown with those little leopard spots and some char!
Thick pies that are airy and fluffy and have enough structure to hold a good number of toppings. Oh, and a nice crispy, cheesy crust in necessary.

My dough is naturally leavened, which is a fancy way of saying I don't use commercial yeast. That plus long fermentation times add depths of flavor to everyone’s favorite food. I prep the dough by hand, daily.
As a one-man operation, I can only offer limited quantities each day to ensure every pizza is made up to my standards. To guarantee you don't miss out, we encourage pre-ordering.
